THE COMPANIES ACT 2006 – CHANGES THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR COMPANY

 

OCTOBER 2007

 

 A new Companies Act was passed in November 2006, introducing radical changes that will affect all companies.

 

The Act is being introduced in stages. The latest batch of changes came into effect on 1st October 2007.
